HSE-OS Request a demo

HSE-OS — Demo Terms

Version 1.0 · effective 1 November 2026

Draft — have it reviewed by a lawyer licensed in Iraq before use.

These terms apply to the HSE-OS demo at https://demo.hse-os.com (the "Demo") and to the two request forms: "Request a demo" at https://demo.hse-os.com and "Request the service" at https://plans.hse-os.com (the "Forms"). The main HSE-OS website is https://hse-os.com. By sending a Form or using the Demo, you accept them.

  1. Who runs the Demo. The Demo is provided by Essa Jawad Kadhim, trading as HSE-OS, of Basra, Republic of Iraq (the "Provider").

  2. How to ask for a demo. To get a Demo, fill in the "Request a demo" form at https://demo.hse-os.com with your name, job title, company, work e-mail, phone or WhatsApp number, country, company type, number of workplaces, preferred language and, if you wish, a message. You must tick that you accept these Demo Terms and the HSE-OS Privacy Policy. Give true details and a work e-mail address that you can read.

  3. Review and approval. After you send the form, the page tells you that the confirmation e-mail with your demo account will arrive within 2 hours. The Provider reviews every request. If the request is approved, you receive an e-mail from [email protected] with one username and one password, which you use to sign in at https://demo.hse-os.com. The 2 hours is a target, not a promise. The Provider may refuse any request without giving a reason.

  4. Your private demo and its time limits. After you sign in, you choose which role to use (for example, HSE Officer or HSE Manager; there are 10 roles), and you can switch roles at any time. The Demo is your own private copy, filled with made-up sample data; nobody else sees it. Your demo account works for 2 hours from your first sign-in; a countdown on the screen shows the time left. You must use it within 2 days of the approval. When the 2 hours after your first sign-in end, or when 2 days have passed since the approval, whichever comes first, your demo account, your Demo copy and everything you typed or uploaded in it are deleted automatically and cannot be recovered. After that you may request a new demo; the Provider may refuse repeated requests. Keep your username and password private: you are responsible for what is done with your demo account.

  5. Made-up data only. The Demo shows made-up names, workplaces, certificates, incidents and records. Any likeness to real people or companies is accidental.

  6. Do not enter real data. You must not enter or upload real personal data (for example, real names, ID copies, phone numbers, photos, medical or injury details) or any confidential or company information. The Demo is for trying HSE-OS only.

  7. Limits. Some functions are switched off in the Demo (for example, Telegram, e-mail, account and password changes, licences and backups). Files are limited in size. The Demo itself does not send messages or e-mails; only the Provider's e-mails about your request are sent (see Section 3).

  8. Requesting the service is not a contract. The "Request the service" form (company and contact details, the chosen package, hosting option, billing period, number of offline licences, wished start date and notes) is a request only, not a contract or an order. Sending it does not bind you or the Provider. Prices shown at https://plans.hse-os.com or in the form are estimates and do not include taxes. The Provider will reply with a quote; the service starts only under a signed Order Form (or contract) and the HSE-OS Terms of Service. The Provider may refuse a request without giving a reason.

  9. No warranty. The Demo is provided "as is", for evaluation only, without any warranty. It may contain errors and may differ from the version sold to customers. Do not rely on it for real HSE, HR or legal decisions.

  10. No availability promise. The Provider may change, pause, reset or close the Demo at any time without notice.

  11. Fair use. You must not:

    • (a) attack, scan, test or try to break the security of the Demo or the Provider's systems;
    • (b) scrape, copy or download the Demo in bulk, or use bots or automated tools to load it or to send the Forms;
    • (c) upload viruses, malware or unlawful content;
    • (d) try to reach other people's demo copies or any other system; or
    • (e) copy the Demo's design or functions to build a competing product.

    The Provider may block any person or IP address that breaks these rules, and close their Demo.

  12. Your details and security logs. The details you give in the Forms are used only to answer your request, send your demo account, prepare a quote and follow up. They are kept on the Provider's own server. If you do not become a customer, they are deleted 12 months after your request, or earlier if you ask. You may ask for deletion at any time by e-mail to [email protected]. The Provider also keeps technical logs of Demo use (IP address, time, pages used and security events) for 30 days, for security and fair use. Then they are deleted. See the HSE-OS Privacy Policy.

  13. Ownership. HSE-OS and the Demo belong to the Provider. Using the Demo gives you no licence beyond trying it.

  14. Liability. To the extent the law allows, the Provider is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Demo or the Forms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq.

  15. Law. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq. The competent courts in Basra have jurisdiction.

  16. Language. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails in case of any conflict.

  17. Contact. To buy HSE-OS, use the "Request the service" form at https://plans.hse-os.com, or ask for a free pilot with your own workplaces: [email protected] · WhatsApp +964 776 780 8363.
